According to the opinion, after the connection between a Photo voltaic Renewable Power Credit (SREC) consolidator and dealer and an impartial SREC power producer soured over conduct throughout an unrelated chapter courtroom case, each firms alleged breach of contract. The plaintiff on this case, Skyview Finance, is an SREC consolidator and dealer engaged in reselling to load-serving entities or utilities. Defendant Kearsarge Buying and selling, is an impartial producer of renewable power that generates SRECs.
