A design-build firm’s movement to dismiss an worker’s claims of discrimination and harassment for not submitting his COVID-19 vaccination standing was granted Monday after a federal choose decided his claims had been unfounded.
U.S. District Choose Leonie M. Brinkema for the Japanese District of Virginia dismissed the grievance with prejudice Feb. 7. In an amended grievance, professional se plaintiff Jonathan Leggo’s alleged that M.C. Dean discriminated and retaliated towards him for a perceived incapacity as a result of he did not adjust to the Virginia-based firm’s COVID-19 vaccination-status coverage.
