The Maine Supreme Judicial Court vacated a district courtroom’s ruling awarding sole custody to at least one mother or father Thursday, clarifying the procedural route a celebration should object to a Justice of the Peace’s allegedly inadequate factfinding, in addition to the choices that decrease courts have when such an objection is made.
