The council of the American Bar Affiliation’s Part of Authorized Training and Admissions to the Bar voted Friday to approve a proposed modification to Commonplace 503 that would take away the standardized admissions check requirement for ABA-accredited regulation colleges. The proposal now strikes to the Home of Delegates for evaluation.
If accepted by the HOD, the modification could be carried out in Fall 2025. The subsequent HOD assembly is scheduled for Feb. 6.
