The Council of the Part of Authorized Training and Admissions to the Bar of the American Bar Affiliation granted Golden Gate College College of Legislation a good-cause extension of as much as three years to get its bar passage price into compliance.
At its November 2021 assembly, the council concluded that GGU Legislation was not in compliance with Commonplace 316 for its 2018 graduating class. That bar passage commonplace requires that at the least 75% of a legislation college’s graduates should go a bar examination inside two years of their date of commencement, in accordance with a March 13 ABA notice.
