When the Council of the American Bar Affiliation Part of Authorized Schooling and Admissions to the Bar met on Nov. 17, it voted to ship out for discover and remark a proposal that might enable a completely on-line regulation college to use for, and probably earn, provisional and full ABA-approval.
The 30-day discover and remark interval will finish on Jan. 8, in keeping with the Dec. 1 memorandum from Bridget Mary McCormack, council chair, and William Adams, managing director of Accreditation and Authorized Schooling.
