Anderson Kill’s former CFO sues for alleged incapacity discrimination

The previous chief monetary officer of Anderson Kill has alleged in a lawsuit that the legislation agency provided to demote him to billing supervisor after which fired him after he sought lodging for a head harm.

Robert Horkovich, Anderson Kill’s managing shareholder, instructed Bloomberg Regulation that the swimsuit “is baseless, and we anticipate to prevail absolutely.”
