At an Extraordinary Common Physique assembly held on Friday, the APHCAA condemned the arbitrary switch of Justices Battu Devanand and D Ramesh and urged Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud to retain the judges within the Andhra Pradesh Excessive Courtroom.
“This Additional-Unusual Common Physique Assembly is being carried out by the members of Andhra Pradesh, Excessive Courtroom, Advocate Affiliation on 25-11-2022 to resolve condemning Arbitrary switch of Hon’ble Judges of Andhra Pradesh, Excessive Courtroom, Sri Justice Battu Devanand and Sri Justice D.Ramesh, and requesting the Hon’ble Choose Chief Justice of India to retain the Hon’ble Judges in Excessive Courtroom of Andhra Pradesh,” the decision said.
