Former Missouri State Rep. Chuck Basye is submitting a lawsuit towards Columbia Public Faculties, the Columbia College Board and its members.
Basye informed ABC 17 Information that he filed the petition round 6 p.m. Wednesday. His lawyer, Brent Haden, confirmed on Wednesday night that he is submitting it.
Basye said in December that he was planning to sue if he was not added to the listing of candidates for April’s Columbia Board of Schooling race.

the workplace or workplaces to be crammed, the correct place for submitting and the closing
submitting date of the election. Such notification could also be achieved by authorized
