On Friday, Napoli Shkolnik introduced a world settlement with DuPont de Nemours Inc. and two of its spinoff corporations, The Chemours Co. and Corteva Inc., alleged to have contaminated public consuming water provides with poisonous chemical compounds reminiscent of perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, or PFAS.
