The U.S. Courtroom of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is investigating a judicial misconduct grievance alleging that 95-year-old federal appellate Choose Pauline Newman is unfit to satisfy her duties.
The grievance was initiated by the court docket’s Chief Choose Kimberly Moore after a number of judges and workers members reported excessive delays in Newman’s dealing with of instances and issues her consideration, focus and reminiscence could also be impaired, in line with a redacted March 2 order from Moore that was launched by the court docket on Friday.
