A district choose for the Northern District Courtroom of Georgia issued a ruling March 3 granting abstract judgment in favor of the defendants on the Board of Regents (BOR) of the College System of Georgia and the Georgia Institute of Expertise in a discrimination case filed in opposition to them by a former coach.
The plaintiff, MaChelle Joseph, was the top coach for Georgia Tech’s ladies’s basketball workforce from 2003 via 2019, till she was terminated following claims of each bodily and emotional abuse from gamers, based on the court docket’s order.
