World Music Rights has settled a pair of copyright infringement lawsuits towards Pink Wolf Broadcasting Company, One Putt Broadcasting.
The One Putt Broadcasting lawsuit additionally included JSA Broadcasting and John Ostlund. Each lawsuits resulted in long-term licensing agreements with World Music Rights, the corporate stated in an announcement.
“We’re devoted to defending the rights of GMR songwriters and composers, and making certain entities publicly performing their works are appropriately licensed,” Emio Zizza, the overall counsel for World Music Rights, stated in an announcement.
