A former regulation professor on the College of Idaho has settled her racial and gender discrimination lawsuit towards the varsity for $750,000 following an October 2022 mistrial within the case.

The settlement resolves allegations by regulation professor Shaakirrah Sanders, the primary Black particular person to attain the rank of full professor on the college.
