Legal professionals representing one of many six employees who died in a Georgia poultry plant incident have filed a movement for spoliation within the case, claiming the protection destroyed key proof at one other plant.
On Dec. 2, plaintiff attorneys in Maria Piedad Gabrera Galicia et al, v. Messer Fuel LLC et al filed the motion in Gwinnett County State Court docket, the place the unique lawsuit was filed. The attorneys filed the swimsuit on behalf of Galicia’s son, Jose de Jesus Elias Cabrera, who died of asphyxiation within the January 2021 incident.
