A lawyer accused of filing almost 300 lawsuits on behalf of two individuals who weren’t shoppers has been sentenced to 4 years in jail.
U.S. District Choose Paul G. Gardephe of the Southern District of New York sentenced Stuart Finkelstein, 68, of Davie, Florida, on Aug. 3, in line with a press release, the New York Post and Reuters through Above the Law.
Finkelstein pleaded responsible to 1 depend of mail fraud within the case in July 2022.
