– Detained Bolivian opposition governor Luis Fernando Camacho stays jailed within the political capital La Paz as authorities block his authorized crew from submitting a constitutional recourse which might free him, a tweet from Camacho’s Twitter account, dealt with by his communications crew, stated Thursday.
