Mount Wholesome police say an unlawful solicitation was reported on Harrison Avenue at 3:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 27. It was reported that an 18- to 22-year-old black male sporting a darkish coat and a knit hat was going door-to-door claiming to be from Duke Vitality and asking residents about even billing.
