LEWISTON — Neil McLean was sworn in Monday as the brand new district lawyer for Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford counties.
The formal ceremony occurred within the Androscoggin County commissioners’ assembly room on the second ground of the Androscoggin County Courthouse.
