A federal choose entered a not-guilty plea for Thomas Girardi on Monday to legal prices of stealing no less than $15 million from his purchasers.
Girardi, 83, appeared at an arraignment listening to in downtown Los Angeles sporting a purple sweater and slacks. He was joined by two federal public defenders and his brother, Robert Girardi, who agreed in courtroom to signal an affidavit of surety as his conservator to submit a $250,000 bond.
