Throughout the Council of the American Bar Affiliation Part of Authorized Schooling and Admissions to the Bar Nov. 17 assembly, held in Texas on Friday, Daniel Thies, vice chair, launched a proposal that may permit a completely on-line legislation faculty to use for, and probably earn, provisional and full ABA-approval.
The council voted unanimously for the Strategic Evaluation Committee to ship out the proposal to Discover and Remark, with the small print outlined in a memorandum from the SRC to Council dated Nov. 17.
