Following a call by the Colorado Supreme Courtroom, Maine on Thursday turned the second state to disqualify former President Donald Trump’s look on a main poll as a rising divide continues amongst state courts on the matter.
Colorado was the primary state to bar Trump’s appearance on a main poll. In a ruling by Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, she discovered the previous president’s main petition invalid beneath Part 3 of the Fourteenth Modification, as she concluded it applies to candidates for president.
