Two college students on the College of Toledo Faculty of Regulation have filed a criticism with the American Bar Affiliation towards the varsity for a grading error that affected the vast majority of college students in a fall 2023 authorized ethics course taught by professor Llewellyn Gibbons.
The scholars’ criticism, filed Wednesday by 4L Kristin Volk and 3L Collin Garcis, alleges violations of Customary 308, which states partly “regulation college shall undertake, publish, and cling to sound tutorial requirements,” asserting that the varsity has been ”unethical of their concealment” of the scenario.
