Paul Campos, a legislation professor on the College of Colorado Legislation College since 1990, settled a lawsuit in opposition to the college for alleged pay discrimination because of him being Latino.
The settlement, reached on Monday, states that the college denies any wrongdoing and Campos dismissed his claims in opposition to Dean Lolita Buckner Inniss and Chancellor Philip DiStefano, in accordance with court docket information. The events settled for $160,000, with $60,000 going to Campos and $100,000 going to his lawyer, Daniel Williams of Hutchinson Black and Prepare dinner.
