The Public Prosecution has filed public lawsuits towards 25 defendants, together with department managers on the Nationwide Business Financial institution, and employees, company account administration commissioners; after their involvement in appropriating the financial institution’s funds.
The Lawyer Normal’s Workplace defined on its Fb account that the Public Prosecutor of Al-Bayda Prosecution had initiated investigation procedures into the actions of a felony group.
The group hacked the database of the Nationwide Business Financial institution, for the aim of falsifying checking account information, tampered with figures exceeding precise credit score balances, and made monetary transfers exceeding twenty million dinars, it added.
